Vías Ferratas de Redován

F.  Initiation and family section:

• K2. Initiation level.
• Gradient 74 m.
• 280 m equipped with cable.
• 6 bridges of all types.
• Approach 15 min. Ascent 50 min. Return 20 min.

F. Sport section:

• K 4/5.
• Difference in altitude: 145 m.
• 330 m equipped with cable.
• Wooden footbridge of 40 m.
• Approach 25 min, via T.1: 1h. Ascent 1h 20 min. Return 1h.

The Vias Ferratas are itineraries in rock protected with a cable and equipped with anchorages and different elements that facilitate a safe progression, bringing us closer to the vertical world, in this case 2 sections, with different types of difficulties, a first familiar section with 1 footbridge of 26 m, 2 Tibetan bridges of 25 and 9 m, one of trunks rocker of 6 m, 1 iron footbridge of 3 m and a trunk of 3 m, ending with a small drop to tighten a little bit.
For the second section you have to be trained and used to ferratas, as it has a lot of verticality and a small overhang, but quite continuous, we will also find a large hinge, a staircase where we will progress upside down and a 40m plank bridge with great views.

Equipment you need to bring.

• Sports shoes (preferably mountain shoes).
• Comfortable and warm clothes (depending on the season).
• 1 litre of liquid, lunch and food.
• Backpack
• Scarf or hair elastic
• Gloves (cycling gloves).
